I am relocating to the Washington D.C. area because I think we can build a more proactive healthcare system. This is a deliberate move toward the people, institutions, and ideas shaping the next era of health and healthcare. Advances in digital health, AI, diagnostics, precision medicine, medical technology, prevention, and longevity science are expanding what we detect, treat, and potentially prevent. But innovation does not transform healthcare simply because it exists. It must become clinically trusted, operationally usable, supported by evidence, aligned with payment and policy, and capable of scaling across complex institutions. The distance between promising innovation and meaningful impact remains one of healthcare’s most consequential challenges. That is the work I intend to pursue in this next chapter. I believe one of the defining opportunities of our time is to build a healthcare system that acts earlier, translates innovation into better care, and enables more people to live longer healthier lives. My work centers on healthcare transformation: advancing proactive care and facilitating innovation across digital health, AI, advanced medical technology, prevention, healthspan and longevity. The future of healthcare will be shaped not only by what we invent, but by whether we can turn innovation into better care - reaching people earlier and helping them live longer, healthier lives. I am eager to be back in the world’s most important intersection of healthcare, science, policy, and institutional leadership. I look forward to reconnecting with colleagues in the region, building new relationships, and contributing to the work ahead. If you are working toward that future: a more proactive, innovative, and effective future for healthcare, I welcome the conversation.
