We have the gold standard on one side of the healthcare equation - I want to discuss the other side, because a reactive system is often too late, and both sides are necessary to provide the highest standard of care. Thankfully, we have the capability to predict, prevent, and intervene (personalized and at scale) before it becomes a crisis. Knowing that 90% of annual healthcare expenditures are due to chronic disease and mental health, and considering the number of people suffering from preventable disease, or at least not thriving - what are the primary barriers holding the United Stated back from running on a more proactive form of care? Given the massive amount of progress in this space, where should energy now be focused to collapse the time horizon? #healthcareTranformation #digitalHealth #prevention #valueBasedCare
